Meditate everyday for at least 20 minutes. There are both physical and mental benefits to meditating. Some include:

Decreases tension-related pain such as, tension headaches, muscle and joint problems
Emotional stability improves
Anxiety decreases
Creativity and happiness increase
If you are new to meditation we suggest you start off with guided meditation. Which can be described as some form of external guidance, whether from a person or in the form of a pre-recorded audio file, where someone is instructing you. This will make the process easier to follow.
