Vitamin C is needed to build your immunity and for the growth and repair of tissues in all parts of your body. It is also needed for healing wounds and maintaining and repairing bones and teeth. Good sources of vitamin C would be salmon, green bell peppers, guavas, kale, kiwifruit (green), broccoli, strawberries, oranges, cooked tomatoes, and papaya.
