You can determine someone’s health status by asking two critical questions…what do you do for a living? What do you do for extracurricular activity? These two questions will give you a good idea of someone’s health status. If possible try these following steps at the office:
Walk or bike to work
Get out of the chair and stand when possible
Avoid the employee lounge and go for a brisk walk on your lunch break
Trade in your office chair for a fitness ball. You’ll improve balance and improve your core muscles.
If possible schedule walking meetings or walking brainstorming sessions
