Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise. Studies have shown that college students who didn’t get enough sleep had worse grades than those who did. Try creating a bedtime ritual. Doing the same thing each night tells your body it's time to wind down. Try taking a warm bath or shower, reading a book, or listening to soothing music — preferably with the lights dimmed. Avoid using the TV or other electronic devices as part of your bedtime ritual. Social media can wait until tomorrow. Some research suggests that screen time or other media use before bedtime interferes with sleep.
